Stream House has just started (Dec 2014) providing expertise to an EU-funded project in Kosovo, supporting the local Agency for Management of Sequestrated and Confiscated Assets (AMSCA). The existing project has been extended to include mentoring activities to all prosecutors in Kosovo on how to use Kosovo’s confiscation laws and to develop practices and procedures to improve the manner and scale of confiscation in the country.
