Alan Bacarese spoke at the recent Roxin Alliance Annual meeting in Brasilia, Brazil – 19-20 November 2015. Alan addressed both fellow Roxin Alliance lawyers but also to invited Brazilian corporations on the the UK Bribery Act with an update on recent enforcement of the Act and developments in Deferred Prosecutions Agreements.
